Tina Kang
Head of Secondary Chinese Language Arts Teacher
Ms. Kang received her undergraduate and master degree from Peking University Chinese Department. She once taught at the High School Affiliated to BIT and Beijing World Youth Academy. Ms. Kang has more than 10 years of experience in Chinese Language Arts Education in famous public and international schools. She focuses on improving students' community service awareness and cultural research abilities and will create a Chinese Language Arts curriculum exclusively for students at Kaiwen.
Catherine Zhu
Secondary Chinese Teacher
Ms. Zhu graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the School of Chinese Language and Literature, Beijing Normal University and has 15 years' experience in Chinese language teaching in public schools and famous international schools. Ms. Zhu has worked in many well-known public and international schools in Beijing. In 2015, the essay "The Change of Teacher's Role in the Smooth World and Post Figurative Era" published by Ms. Zhu won the first prize in Chaoyang District. "Reflections on The Emperor's New Clothes" achieved excellent results in the“A Teacher with A Good Lesson”demo class event. Ms. Zhu devotes herself to the study of the deep meaning of personalized reading, and makes every effort to create a tailored Chinese learning environment for each child.
Emma Bao
Chinese Language Arts Teacher
Ms. Emma Bao graduated from Southwestern University with a Bachelor degree in Chinese Language and Literature, and subsequently earned a Master Degree in Chinese Classical Literature. Ms. Bao has taught in Liaoning key middle school for five years, leading her classes to excellent results in the college entrance examination. Ms. Bao’s students won first place honors many times in Chinese Composition competitions.
Anna Zhang
Chinese Language Arts Teacher
Mrs. Anna Zhang comes from a family of dedicated teachers. Ms. Zhang earned a Bachelor degree from Southwestern Normal University in Chinese Language and Literature Education, and went on to earn a Master degree from Southwest University in Chinese Modern and Contemporary Literature Research. Ms. Zhang’s 13 years of teaching experience includes teaching High School Chinese Language Arts at a key school in Chongqing for 3 years, as well as a number of years teaching Chinese Language Arts at Beijing International Bilingual School.
